I was lucky to have worked with Ciarán of V-Con LTD on two of our light-gauge steel frame projects where he set out and controlled the levels of the slabs and upstands for us to build off. Level tolerances were extremely tight at -6mm to +0mm and these were managed excellently. Ciarán was very professional and extremely helpful throughout both projects, especially with our close communications, producing as-builts and helping us maintain positional control on site.

Ciarán of V-Con LTD did an excellent job at Naul, Co Dublin. I worked on this job as a Site Engineer and Construction Manager for Etex Superstructure and cannot recommend V-Con highly enough. Etex works to very tight floor tolerances (-6mm to 0mm) as the prefabricated frames sit directly on the foundation. V-Con was responsible for the setting-out, the substructure, the foundations and the groundworks required for our superstructure. This was a very challenging site due to its compact site footprint but Ciarán did a fantastic job and provided us with a slab level and slab edge all of which was well within allowable tolerances. V-Con is an extremely professional and reliable construction company with whom I would happily work with again in the future.
To say that this 3 month modernization was a Herculean task would be an understatement.
